When you manually switch between panels (like from Address to Identity) for a form, the extension will remember your choice and use it next time you see a similar field — making autofill faster and more accurate.

⚠️ Note: This memory is saved per browser. If you use IronVest in a different browser or profile, the extension won’t carry over your preference.

 

🔒 Smoother Biometric Prompts on Login Pages

Biometric prompts are now more intelligent:

  • No more prompts for non-sensitive fields like usernames or emails

  • If you recently passed a biometric check, you won’t be asked again for a short time on the same site

    This means fewer interruptions when logging in — with the same strong protection.

🛠 Bug Fixes

✅ Passwords Will Now Always Be Saved When You Use ‘Update Password’

If you use IronVest to generate a new password and click “Fill Password & Update Account”, that password will now always be saved — even if you’ve turned off Auto-Save.

This helps ensure your changes are never lost and you won’t get locked out.

 

✅ Undo Button Now Works Reliably

We fixed a bug that could cause the Undo button to fail if you clicked other actions like “copy” or “view” first. Now, when you click Undo, the update is properly canceled.

 

✅ Fixed: Passwords Saved Under the Wrong Website

We resolved a rare issue where passwords could be saved to the wrong website if two domains looked similar (like spirit.com vs easyspirit.com).

IronVest will now only save passwords to the exact site you’re using.
