If you've forgotten your password and you DO have Accounts and Passwords stored, you will need to reset your password using your Backup Passphrase in order to keep all of your account information saved. 

  1. Your Backup Passphrase can be found in Settings of your Dashboard
  2. Click "View" next to Backup Passphrase and this is what you will see:
  3. Write your Backup Passphrase down now. If you are not logged into your account, we hope you've written this down in the past.
  4. Once you have your Backup Passphrase written down, you can reset your password using this link. That link will take you to a page that asks for your email address. You must then enter the email address that you used to create your account.

You'll then receive an email from IronVest, and the subject line of this email will read: "Reset your IronVest password". Make sure to click the "Reset Password" button that is included in the body of this email message.
