Yes! To do so, all you need to do is click the reply button on your real email address just like you would for a regular email. 

When you reply to a Masked Email we still keep your real email address private. Do not add new recipients (like CC or BCC) in your replies, or your reply will not be Masked to the new recipients. This is what the address that pops up in the "To" field will look like:
